Darya Omelchenko has two decades of experience in the sphere of immigration and citizenship law, as well as extensive foreign worker recruitment and relocation experience. Darya is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) authorizing her to offer comprehensive Canadian immigration and citizenship services.

During her many years of service in the immigration industry, Darya has handled a wide array of immigration applications and has dealt extensively with overseas partners, travelling overseas on recruitment missions on behalf of a number of major Canadian employers, to advance her clients’ interests. With her unique vision and approach, Darya is passionate about developing creative solutions and opportunities for both our private and corporate immigration clientele. Through her deep knowledge of Canadian immigration laws and procedures, she is able to provide a complete assessment to determine the best pathways to achieve our clients’ immigration objectives.

Darya’s personal journey, having relocated to Canada from Ukraine at a young age, coupled with her extensive work experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including her travels both on behalf of clients and as a tourist to numerous countries, attests to her cultural awareness and sensitivity. She possesses a keen understanding of the unique challenges that prospective immigrants encounter on their quest to make Canada their new home.

Darya completed her Legal Assistant program at Herzing College in 2004 and in 2008 she completed an Immigration Practitioner program at Seneca College with high honours. She has previously contributed to the development of content for immigration conferences, and immigration educational seminars, and co-authored legal publications pertaining to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Skilled Workers and Business Applicants. She is able to assist clients in Ukrainian and Russian languages.
